Police in Britain have begun testing helmet-mounted radar for bicycle and motorcycle cops that would enable them to catch speeders while being very difficult to spot. It's all part of a plan moving towards the day when every car journey will be recorded by computer. Using a network of 3,000 cameras that read every passing number plate, the U.K. will be the first country in the world to record the movements of all vehicles
