DUI driver has 18 Times legal limit

A truck driver in Lithuanian was caught with 18 times the legal alcohol limit, according to the Associated Press. When police first pulled over the driver, they thought their breathalyzer was broken because the reading was so high. A second device confirmed the man had 7.27 grams per liter of alcohol in his blood. The country's legal limit is 0.4 grams per liter, and medical experts say anything above 3.5 grams is usually deadly. The man should have been "lying dead" a police official said. Instead, he was "of high spirits and grinning" during the whole ordeal. Then man was fined $1,110 and could lose the right to drive for the next three years.
