GM recently released a new video of its Chevrolet Camaro Concept on the streets. The video comes a week after we brought you amateur footage of the car from an event in Atlanta. If you’re a fan of the new Camaro, this one’s for you. Video after the jump…

OK, is this going to be another one of those cars we have to look at day in and day out for two years before it finally comes out? I like the looks but frankly I am getting sick of looking at/hearing about it. How fast it MIGHT BE. How it MIGHT HANDLE. How it MIGHT LOOK: Enough already…

I don’t thing GM would keep hiping this car if its going to come out in 3 years. They have put it on a commercial, movie, countless magazines. All so that you wait 3 years, I saw other reports stating that they were going to build it in Delaware. Also multiple reports stating they were going to have the production model ready for the 2007 detroit autoshow.
Then a few months later in june going on sale as a 2008 model. So by my resoning and from all these other reports not this one the wait will be more like a year. Also a few moe months later the convertible.
Still seams like an eternaty.

its too bad the prototype cant actually stay together at full speed… i can just imagine, in that first shot, the rising sound of a v8 and the flags waving in the aero disturbance created by a car flying by at like 120…
For an interesting drive report on the Camaro and Challenger check out the June 12 issue of Autoweek Magazine.

The grill would look sweet with an “SS” on it instead of the Chevy logo.
