I think this image is fake

I think it’s real. Looks exactly like the spy shots and like a BMW press photo. Most fakes miss something. I see no holes here.

It’s a fake; the doors are shorter than thos of the coupe.

The tail isn’t long enough for a metal roofed convertible

styling-wise, the full range of teh new 3 series does nothing for me. I think it is a step in the wrong directions and that previous models are far more desirable

Questionable for sure, we have heard nothing yet. However It looks to be the real deal. The new car they said would be longer.

Hot but I’m positive it’s fake. The rear end behind the back seats needs to be longer for there to be a hardtop, like Sandra said.

I think its a fake too but would look HOT in another color perhaps.

If BMW used some intelligence in packaging and operation for the roof then there is no reason why a hardtop convertable needs to be any longer than a soft top.
That being said I do think there is something ‘wrong’ with this picture, I just can’t place exactely what it is.

You know why this is a fake photo? Because E93 is not a folding hardtop convertible.

that image is not fake!Its from the portuguese car magazine “autohoje”.that car was caught in Lisbon by a reader that send the foto to “autohoje”.so it isn`t from a brochure because the foto is between page 4 and 5 of autohoje number 873. very clever JORDOM3…lol! the roof is metal and it is 3 series, not 1 series you stupid!!!

Some comments here are really ridiculous. Allways funny to see how bad peoples knowledge about cars is.

The photo is intiguing whether from a brochure or the Portugese auto magazine. If one looks at the Volvo and VW folding hardtops (which use three piece folds) they don’t require a long trunk like the G6. I agree with the thought above that this car would look a lot better in another color. Red, even silver or that gunmetal grey BMW has offered in the past. My big question though is whether the E93 Cabriolet will also be available with all wheel drive as the new 3 series coupe now has available? Any word from anyone on this point???? If not, I think BMW is missing the boat since the front wheel drive EOS would be a better driver in snow country where the idea of a folding hardtop convertible has the most appeal anyway.

that picture wouldn’t be used in a brochure because of the plastic chair behind the car.
