Tuner TechArt has put together a customization kit for the rare mid-engine Porsche Carrera GT. The team developed aerodynamically efficient custom-tailored body components made from exposed carbon fiber that serve as a visual contrast to the metallic-orange special paint. The kit also features a new air outlet on the upper half of the front fascia and a one-piece spoiler lip. The low-reaching front spoiler reduces lift on the front axle at high speeds further and thus further optimizes directional stability. TechArt also developed a three-piece gurney flap that serves as the aerodynamic counterpart in the rear. The center piece of the separation edge extends together with the pop-up rear wing and in combination with the fixed spoiler edges on the left and right produces additional downforce on the rear axle. A new exhaust system boosts output from 612 horsepower to 635 horses, while also enhancing the car’s sound. The interior has also been customized with an ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel with leather/carbon fiber rim, and a shifter made from exposed carbon fiber. Gallery after the jump…

Oh man, that’s too sweet. They took an already cool car and really increased the cool factor.

I LOVE ORANGE!! I’m getting me one of these babies!
Does the front look like a Saturn Sky to any of you? FOr some reason when I looked at the front first thing that came to mind was “Saturn Sky” Even though this is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better car than the GM crap “sky”

I wish they could integrate better the design of the tacky moustache air intake. Regular 911 Gt2s have a better integrated look. It ruined the look of the car. Maybe it was inspired by Dr. Z LoL!

very nice but they should give me new rims instead of painting my old ones orange and scraping the porche badge off. also they shouldnt have fitted it with a steering wheel that looks like a mondeos steering wheel. otherwise i love it!!

the addtional intake spoiler looks like some stick-on piece from autozone, get rid of the and it would look alot better, and maybe do one in a metalic blue, like monterey blue on the merc/gallardo.

Awesome car. I guess only few people can enjoy having such a car.
Other dyslexics like http://gimps.de can only dream of it.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful pictures with me !
