I’m guessing the paint scheme was meant to evoke the Sox & Martin cars of the late-60’s early 70’s.

I love the way the new challenger looks its REALLY SWEET. However this is NOT a color combination i would have picked to show off this new combination. How about Black witht the old hockey stick stripe on it in white ? and yes whoever said it this is supposed to be the old Socks and martin colors.. but it only looked hot in 1970 through 1978 and not now… otherwise very very sweet and the new motor too… Go Mopar…

Camora is going to get it ass kicked. At least this car looks half decent and with Mercedes Multilink rear suspension and E-class/CLS/SL chassis should give it the handling to match its good looks.

The swingin’ 70’s USA paint theme doesn’t work for me. I realize they’re trying to show off a hot motor here with a drag car but the execution looks cartoonish to me. I really want the new challenger to rock. But I wonder…

DC show us a sweet T/A version with side pipes and classic hi-impact colors. Billboard decals and “go” wings. Or a triple black convertible RT with a shaker hood. Show us something we’d want in our garage.

The intent is to connect the new crate motor to it roots with the origional Challenger. You are not supposed to see a lot of difference between this and the origional.
Beauty is in the eye of the ‘keyholder’. One full application of the gas pedal and I suspect most of your criticisms would cease.
