Nissan will reportedly slot a new “Z” model above its popular 350 Z sports coupe. According to a French magazine, the “450 Z” is based on the structure and design of the 350 Z, but will feature a 430 horsepower 4.5 liter V8 and all-wheel-drive. Further details of the 450 Z remain sparse, and it’s unclear where this car will fit into Nissan’s portfolio when the GT-R reaches production. The report indicated that the 450 Z will be aimed at the Porsche 911 Carerra a Maserati 4.2. (See our scan of the article for the full article and rendering).

A 450z would be awesome, as is currently, the 350z. For the price I can think of nothing that comes close regarding performance, handling, braking, quality and looks. I just hope Nissan does not go stupid and destroy the cars looks or start making it fatter, like it did with previous Z cars.
