Acura’s second generation TSX not only gained a few inches here and there, but also $770 to its bottom line for the 2009 model year. That price applies to the base models compared to last year, as the 2009 TSX now costs $29,675 with the $715 shipping charge. The TSX with technology package adds a navigation unit, dual-zone climate control system and upgraded audio system with XM Satellite Radio and stickers for $32,775 including shipping, reflecting a $1,770 price hike. Either model can be had with the standard six-speed manual transmission or a five-speed automatic transmission as a no-cost option and can be found in dealer showrooms starting April 24.
