h82w8: Well, Audi/VW actually hired all chief designers and marketing chief from Alfa… Walter de Silva and his team created Alfa 156/147/166/8C/GT (partially Bertone). At VW/Audi he designed A5, Skoda Roomster, Lambo concepts and latest gen A4 and A6.

I love this car. It even looks better on live pics than press releases…

As far as originality… meh. It’s a Subaru Impreza Wagon with a different front end. Still looks nice.

I don’t understand why someone just doesn’t hire the designers from Alfa. Clearly, they know something about design that the rest of the industry could learn from.

How ’bout Honda hire them to redesign all new Acuras??
