The sidekick was junk, Hummer should completely revamp there lineup. Drop the H2, Lighten up the H3, give it a 6sp and build the Hx concept, include hybrid options for all. Either that or fade away.

Johnny… you see plenty of H2s on the road for the same reason that my boss still shows up every day in his 2008 Escalade with the 6.2 V8… people that drive them are filthy rich and don’t give a d@mn about oil or the environment.
Though on a brighter note… a valet recently wrecked my boss’ Escalade… couldn’t manouver the sherman tank in a parking garage… so my boss is driving a loaner CTS right now. Sometimes bigger isn’t better.

It’s depressing to drive past a Hummer dealership and see all of those H2’s and H3’s just sitting in there. The traffic into this dealerships has to be absolutely nil right now. There is being hedonistic and then there is absolutely appalling….that’s a Hummer in these difficult times.

I still see plenty of H2s on the road, but I suspect this has a lot more to do with owners not being able to get rid of them. Never mind just paying to keep one of these running, imagine being stuck with 4 more years of payments on top of it.
