No one likes driving anymore because there are so many crappy drivers out there. That and there’s nowhere over here where we can let loose behind the wheel.

Maybe the ones who are NOT driving GM vehicles are not enjoying their rides? If I were stuck with some POS instead of my Cobalt I’d be pretty pissed too

I love driving and I always will. Unless the economy hits depression level devastation, I will never give up a fun car that I love to drive in favor of a very boring commuter to crawl to work every day. Driving may be more difficult in cities these days but it can still be a passionate and liberating experience. Maybe we’ll have to conserve more energy from now on but never give up the experience entirely.

Cops can be petty too: it’s far easier and faster to run a speed trap and harass a few people for traveling 10-15mph over a limit that is purposefully left too low than it is to go after people who sit in the left lane, don’t use turn signals, tailgate, swerve, don’t know about blind spots and run you off the road, etc. Yeah… going after “speeders” who are likely to comply and stop immediately is a lot less risky to one’s personal safety than going after a truly bad driver.

I think you’ll pay more whether or not the “above two” are rectified or not. The fact is that you are dependent on gas (I am too). Theres not much we can do about gas prices, and boycotting won’t help……it’ll just make your life that much harder

only25% think they drive something special- 75% have no pride in what they drive? coincidence-Honda and Toyota displace the former big three with their appliances!
I bet the #s would be different in Michigan where most people still drive with pride one of the former Big Three.
