Yet another Ferrari has met an untimely end this week. This time a Ferrari F430 has capped off an ugly week for Ferrari owners by going up in flames in Houston, Texas.
A passer-by has captured video footage of what may even be a rare version of the F430, the Scuderia, with a raging fire coming from its engine bay at the rear of the vehicle. While the driver is said to have emerged unharmed, the same cannot be said for the precious Ferrari, which was written off.

On Monday we reported about a major meeting of exotic metal when eight Ferraris came together in Japan after a group of enthusiasts got tangled up after reportedly travelling as much as twice the posted speed limit. Most of the cars involved in the mass wreck are also expected to be written off.
This was followed on Tuesday with Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano was burnt beyond recognition in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. And the pain was also felt on Wednesday in the UK when a Ferrari 458 Italia came to grief when its owner lost control on an icy road.
Leftlane cannot recall a week where more owners of exotics have been left lamenting the loss of their pride and joy, let alone this many from one make alone.
