American Specialty Cars (ASC) will unveil an open-top Hummer H3 at the Detroit auto show next week. Called the Cosmos, the truck features a retractable canvas roof that exposes the entire cabin to the elements. Unlike the 300C “Helios” ASC built last year, however, the Cosmos isn’t a true drop-top, but more like an H3 with a giant sunroof.
