Stalling a typical car can be embarrassing enough, but killing the engine in a $1.5 million Aston Martin One-77 on the crowded streets of Paris takes things to a whole new level.
Unfortunately for one One-77 driver, that’s exactly the scenario that played out earlier this week, only with multiple stalls involved. Adding insult to injury, the entire episode was caught on tape and posted to YouTube by user C94Paul.
The video clearly shows the One-77 stalling out several times as the driver attempts to make a right turn. What makes the video a bit perplexing is the fact that the One-77 is only available with automated sequential gearbox, which means the car doesn’t have a clutch pedal. Add in the One-77′s 750 horsepower and 533 lb-ft of torque and we can’t even begin to fathom how the driver managed to stall.
Luckily for the driver the sheer beauty of the One-77 covers up some of his ugly driving. We’re also guessing the owner is glad he opted for the dark-tinted windows.
