Aston Martin will take the wraps off of an updated V8 Vantage at next month’s Geneva Motor Show, a new report finds. The current car hit the market in 2005 and is ready for a mid-life cycle refresh, which will include tweaks to the car’s mechanics.
According to CAR magazine, the revised V8 Vantage will be sporting a more powerful 4733cc V8. In addition to the new engine, the car’s cabin will reportedly also see a heavy dose of updating. Overall, the improvements should give Aston Martin a true Porsche -fighter.
Look for the new V8 Vantage to hit the market in mid-2008.
CAR also reports that Aston Martin will unveil a revised DB9 at the Geneva show, although no details were given.
