As I had said, there is no sales problem that a nice product lineup can solve. Keep up the good work and hope that Jaguar comes to its senses and avoid the XJ sedan problem. People are not gonna be swayed by boring looking cars.

Now then – Aston out of the red. Marvellous. Justice is finally afore. May the Ford financial crisis be dented (if only a little, to begin with) and over, like, very very f***ing soon please.

Yeah where are they getting loss making from. Jaguar is the only make losing money and then only just barely. Land Rover is Fords most profitable division by far.

I like what ford is doing with the PAG, they have some very good looking cars. if they can get that to filter down to there mainstream cars they will be set. Congrats Aston!

That’s excellent news. If a sports car maker isn’t already profitable, it’s often very hard to turn it around (just ask TVR!). Now let’s just hope the new XK and other models reverse Jaguar’s fortunes.

Loss-making? The only division losing money is Jaguar. Land Rover and Volvo are having incredible sales gains.
