Audi officials have confirmed the automaker’s BMW 6-Series fighter will go on sale in mid-2007, according to AutoExpress magazine. The 2008 Audi A5 will be a large coupe with similar engine offerings to the A6. Recently, there has been speculation about S5 and RS5 variants. The A5 will be based on the Audi Nuvolari Concept.
