Audi and Ducati are well established and known names in the world of motorsports ans since Audi bought Ducati earlier this year, the two will celebrate the union by competing in this weekend's 90th annual Pike's Peak Hillclimb. An Audi RS5 teased earlier this week and a number of Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Pikes Peak motorcycles will reportedly compete in their respective classes on Sunday.

The car's photos are fully unveiled, though other than the fancy graphics that mimic a race car's livery, the vehicle otherwise looks nearly stock, right down to its wheels, tires and brakes.

As such, it's likely the car will do either show laps or ferry VIPs or media around the venue during race weekend. There are no RS5s listed on the competitors' list on Pike's Peak official website either.

The Multistradas are decidedly more race-ready, with Carling Dunne racing the No. 5 bike in the 1205 class.

More and official information is expected later on today.
