Although the U.S. auto market has fallen on its face over the last few months, Audi isn’t letting the sales dip interfere with its plan to sell 200,000 vehicles annually in the U.S. by early next decade. On Friday, announced that it would be expanding its A4 line with two new models.
The first of the new models is called the A4 2.0T FrontTrak. As you might have guessed from its name, the FrontTrack sends the power of its turbocharged four-cylinder exclusively to the front wheels. Shifting duties are handled via a CVT automatic transmission, returning an EPA rating of 23 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.

The second new model is based on the 2009 A4 2.0T Quattro, but for the first time you can have Audi ’s all-wheel drive system and a six-speed manual all in one package. EPA ratings for the six-speed car are 22 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.

Pricing for the A4 2.0T FrontTrak starts at $31,000 while the A4 2.0T Quattro six-speed will list from $31,850. For the price of entry, both models come extremely well equipped, including standard sunroof, leather seating and SIRIUS satellite radio.
