Audi is reportedly working with motorcycle builder KTM to create a new “puristic roadster” like the classic Lotus Super Seven. Might this vehicle be similar to Volkswagen ’s GX3 concept (shown right)? While there’s nothing in the Kleine article that specifically spells this out, it wouldn’t be much of a stretch. After all, VW describes its GX3 as being a motorcycle-car crossover. The GX3 has 125 horsepower, and the Audi-KTM “roadster” would have 250. The project reportedly has the support of Audi boss Martin Winterkorn, but no final decision has been made on the project so far.
