This is a FACT ! In Europe you have to pay for every tiny option a lot of extra money. Plus the exchange rate is in favour of U.S. So from the European point of view it is 30 - 40 % cheaper. It is also cheaper compared prices in numbers. So LEARN the facts and dont do hurried comments like you do so many times in the U.S. !!! The other thing is that AUDI Q7 is very very good car in its segment. I dont give much for the exterior design... of course its not as perfect as BMW X5 but X5 is just so small from inside compared to Q7 that I would say its one class lower. The only shame is that there is no TDI version for this car in the U.S. :-( I am even considering buying this car with 3.6 FSI engine (no premium packet because of the lethear seats which I cant stand !), adaptive air suspension and adaptive xenon lights from U. S. If somebody can advise me on how long do you have to wait for the car and what is the best way to buy it (which dealer, etc.), would appreciate it! This is a just a tactic to get rid of the current inventory so they won't be stuck with too many leftovers that nobody wants before they pull the plug and exit the US market. Audi is a gonner anyways. I also think over the next few months, the rest of the German carmakers are going to be planning their US exit strategy because they won't be able to compete with the mighty General Motors.
