I am just repating what a client told me that just leased an A8. I have no doubt that they are having a selective memory snice they are complaning a Range Sport with a lower MSRP leases for hundreds of dollars more then their precious A8.

They are probably forgeting that they put down 5,000 grand or traded some car in on the lease.

I don’t who where you are getting your numbers from because as per Audiusa, an A8 4.2 L Quattro which costs $77,360, would cost you about $1245.35 per month, based on a 36 month lease and a $2000 down payment.

This isn’t that suprising… as long as it is a good (looking, lasting and performing) car you will see people buying it.
Now I don’t know about it being better than it’s competitors, I haven’t seen one of these around here and haven’t been in one yet. All I can say looking at pictures is I like it but the design must grow on me.

Now Audi is generous with incentives, all of the european makes are with the exception of Land Rover, it is just that Audi has them in the form of subvened leases.

How else can you lease a 80,000 dollar A8 for 800 bucks a month.

Well, the Q7 is the best SUV out there right now. In addition, Audi has priced the Q7 CHEAPER than the equivalent A6 so as far as SUVs go it is a bargain.

What a lame vehicle. I’d say Audi is being “Generous” with their deals just so they can move the inventory off the lot while they still have a market. Because everyone knows once the Lamda SUV’s come Audi’s Pile o crap won’t stand a chance in hell of competing.

It’ll be a first step towards a long road of eventually abandoning the US market of course. The American Revolution has got Audis number

I have seen several of these on the road and they just don’t look right. I’ll give it time.

I prefer the Touareg from VAG.

I think the new X5 will be the best looking SUV of all of these, and not just b/c I am a BMW whore.
