Automobile magazine says the Audi Roadjet will go into production for the European market, but is unlikely to come to the U.S. The Roadjet is sized between the current A4 and A6. The report contradicts a story by AutoExpress that indicated the Roadjet was the basis for the next A4 sedan and wagon. “The Roadjet is very close to how the production A4 will be, and has been unveiled to test public reaction,â€? the report said. The Roadjet measures 110mm longer, 80mm wider and 120mm taller than the current-generation A4. Many Audi fans wonder if that’s too big for the next A4. We suspect the truth lies somewhere in the middle, with the Roadjet as a visual basis for new A4. The Automobile report also said that Audi would bring a Q5 crossover to the U.S. with A4/Roadjet underpinnings.
