Audi S6 will get more power than expected

Audi’s S6 sedan will sell for 79,800 Euros, according to Germany’s Auto Motor und Sport. The S6 Avant (wagon) will cost a bit more, selling for 82,000 Euros. The cars will also reportedly get 435 horsepower, instead of the 420 originally announced. The car uses a Lamborghini-soruced V10 engine. Availability in Germany begins this summer, with U.S. sales starting in the fourth quarter of 2006. (See our full report on the 2007 Audi S6 sedan and Avant).

I sat in this car at Sebring on Saturday. Beautiful– and the V10 is incredible. They also had several European Q7s at the Audi tent at Sebring– Very Cool!!!
