Audi will show a concept version of its four-door A7 “coupe” within the next 12 months, according to the U.K.’s Autocar. While the car has not been officially approved, a production version is tentatively slated for 2009, at the earliest. The A7 will rival the Mercedes CLS-Class. In early 2003, Audi unveiled the Nuvolari concept for a two-door grand tourer. A production car based on that concept — the Audi A5 — is finally expected in mid-2007 as a 2008 model.
