We almost all know that sinking feeling when we see the red and blue lights in our rearview mirror, knowing it almost inevitably will lead to a costly piece of paper being passed your way. Almost.

But in this case when Donna Richmond, grandmother-to-be was pulled over for traveling 90 miles per hour by an Ohio State Trooper, she was first met with a very welcome “warning” and sent on her way – followed by the addition of a new baby to the family. Debbie Richmond, Donna’s daughter, couldn’t quite wait to make it to the hospital and ended up delivering her baby daughter in the front seat of her mother’s Hyundai, according to CBS News.

“I was holding my legs together,” Debbie Richmond told CBS affiliate WBNS. “She just popped right out. No pain medication or nothing.”

Throughout the entire ordeal Debbie’s father was trapped helpless in the backseat, doing his best to stay calm as his wife sped down the highway and his daughter continued to cry out in pain, at one point yelling, “I’m in labor!” while the officer had pulled her mother over.

The baby, Sarah Richmond, is said to be doing well – no word yet on whether or not Hyundai will surprise the family with anything special for the (welcome) free exposure.
