Maybe it would not be a bad idea for GM to emulate it.If you take away the current exhange rates with the Euro could a Chevy Cobalt really compare in handling to the BMW 1 series. That's just one of GM;s problems until you get to Cadillac and Corvette no American based car line in their inventory shows a basic understanding of ride versus handling. Bob Lutz worked for BMW. He should understand this. Every GM sedan/coupe from top to bottom should be RWD and have a suspension system that emulates BMW. (I'm not talking styling). Then of course there is GM's interiors. Better then they used to be but still a 3 or 4 on a scale of 1-10(with Audi being a 10 for best interiors). If GM could make significant changes to those 2 items only for a start then AND ONLY THEN American buyers will buy fewer imports and more American Cars. This is basic! Hey GM 1-4.
