A Porsche driver who escaped a speeding charge in Britain due to highly-publicized a legal loophole is making no apologies, and even says he intends to speed again, according to The Sunday Mail. “The Porsche is an amazing motor. If you give it a bit of boot it’s up to 100 in no time,” he said. “The way I figure it, there is no point in having a Porsche if you’re not going to use it.” He was caught by camera mounted inside an unmarked BMW police car at 115 mph, though he freely admits he may have been traveling faster. “My average speed when I was caught was about 115mph but I could have been doing 130mph,” he said. “It was wet and the road was busy. Driving conditions were difficult.” But none of that stopped him from racing the BMW. “The Porsche Centre says the car is capable of being driven at that speed so I just went for it.”
