Buick has announced pricing for its two latest Regal variants. The new cars, which will double the amount of Regal models offered, will cater to those looking for performance or efficiency.

The sporty Regal GS will lighten customers’ wallets to the tune of $35,310. That price will net a 2.0-liter turbocharged and direct-fuel injected four cylinder with 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. 12-way adjustable heated sport seats will help keep occupants in place during spirited driving, while a 336-watt, nine-speaker Harmon Kardon stereo is also fitted as standard. Enthusiasts will appreciate the 6-speed manual transmission, while those uninterested in using their left foot to change gears will have to wait till after the initial launch for a 6-speed automatic.

On the opposite end of the spectrum is the Regal eAssist, a mild hybrid that will carry a price tag of $29,530. This model utilizes the same powertrain as the Lacrosse Assist: a 2.4-liter four pared to a belt-driven AC motor-generator. A 0.5 kWh lithium ion battery pack resides in the trunk and provides an extra 15 horsepower boost during acceleration. Expect similar mileage to the Lacrosse eAssist’s 37 mpg highway and 25 mpg city for the this iteration of the Regal.

A destination fee of $860 is included in both prices.
