Ferrari announced pricing for the drop-top version of its 458 model back in September, but now you can see for yourself just how quickly that pricing gets a bit crazy when checking the option boxes.
With the configurator online for the U.S. model, one can now see the extensive list of available options, ranging from colors from the 1950s and 1960s, to several colors for the brake calipers, to a slew of carbon fiber bits and pieces and other costly “additional options.”
The scary part? Ferrari knows anyone serious about buying a 458 Spider will likely order it just how they want it, regardless of price, so don’t expect pricing listed next to the options as you build your open-air dreamcar.
The options and possible configurations are nearly endless, so if your work day is less than fast-paced, feel free to get lost in the fun.
