Cadillac will do away with its “Break Through” campaign and drop Led Zeppelin’s “Rock and Roll” theme song, according to Automotive News. A new campaign to be introduced in August will target younger affluent buyers, and will be “story oriented.” It will not feature a single theme song, according to the report. The “Break Through” campaign began during the 2002 Super Bowl. More details are expected in the next few weeks, when General Motors will unveil the new campaign.
