I mean he canceled his licensing agreement with the SAAC and then they continued to use his name. Last time I checked that is called breaking the law and you are allowed to sue people for that when the laws they broke involve yourself or your company in some way. I mean "centered around an alleged improper following of the license agreement by SAAC founders Rick Kopec and Ken Eber." does not make these guys sound very innocent or "little guy being picked on" kind of thing. They broke the god damn rules and now thanks to Mr. Shelby's good grace and man-courteousness these club-running jokers wont have to send their kids to community college and buy Safeway Select for the rest of their lives. There are soooo many clubs that represent what they stand for without the use of licensed name;, like pretty much all of them lol.
