Following some earlier teaser shots, Saleen has finally taken the wraps off its 2010 S281 at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Based on the 2010 Ford Mustang GT, the all-new model promises a significant performance upgrade over the outgoing model.

It seems like every day there is some headline involving the economic downturn and at least one of the major automakers, but very rarely is there anything on the smaller manufacturers. American speciality car maker Saleen has released a single sketch of a new concept supercar headed for concept car for the New York auto show next month. Called the S5S Raptor, the vehicle could conceivably be a successor to the popular S7.
