The TrailBlazer SS is based on the standard TrailBlazer but gives the SUV a dose of performance worthy of Chevrolet's famed Super Sport nameplate.
Available in two or all-wheel drive, the TrailBlazer serves up 390 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque thanks to a 6.0L LS2 V8. That power is put to the ground through a four-speed automatic transmission.
The SS package also adds a performance suspension, heavy-duty front disc brakes with Corvette-spec front brake pads and 20 inch wheels. SS specific badging is also included in the package.
Despite the TrailBlazer SS' heavy emphasis on sport, it doesn't give up much in the way of utility -- the TrailBlazer SS can still tow 6,600 pounds.
