Cool review…not. Inaccurate as hell. This truck is a piece of ****, a bad clone job of an outdated and ancient body on frame, truck based SUV. Inefficient, clumsy, slow, and overall totally outclassed. WEAK.

Chrysler won’t be saved from itself until their design director, Trevor Creed, is fired with prejudice from his position. How a man can remain for so long after green-lighting so many automotive nightmares (Sebring, Avenger, Sebring Convertible, Chrysler Aspen, Nitro, Journey, Caliber, Charger and so on–oh let’s not forget the Sebring again!) is just astounding to me.

Time for some new blood up in Auburn Hills design studios!

either way good review.. this thing is light years better than the durango in my opinion. I have 2 co workers who drive them and the both love everything about them except the gas mileage.

You went easy on this thing though. I test drove one, and the interior is so low-rent I was stunned. It does corner well, I’ll give it that.

Chrysler was probably forced to bring this to market only because it was too far into its development before the Daimler ****storm hit. It looks more like a Durango than the Durango does. They really missed the boat on this one; it should have been blinged to the Nth degree and aimed right for the Escalade. Don’t half make a real SUV and half glorified 3 ton chic urban tank. Pick one and do it right. The good folks who want to climb rocks, well they’ll buy a Jeep anyway.

It is not stylish and not a car. It started life under M-B ownership and obviously as not what is needed in the market place. Perhaps dropping diesel in engine bay would improve mileage, but not economy. This thing should do well in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Mother(****ing) Russia.

Anybody with half a brain knew that BEFORE they started making it! While the price of gas wasn’t as high as it is today you could still see it coming. And everyone was already predicting that the price was going up. When I heard about this suv I just couldn’t understand why they green lighted this, like the dodge challenger it makes NO SENSE!
