I bought a 2006 grand caravan 2 weeks ago and it,s been in the shop twice allready. It blow a frost plug out and when it shifts in to 2nd it has a shake. Want are my options to return it.

Guys – #1 is right. Saturn originated this 30-day money back return policy when they opened the doors in 1990 with their 1991 line of SL and SC cars. This policy remained in effect for several years until it was modified from money back to an exchange policy (also within 30 days and 1500 miles limit). The vehicle exchange policy is still in effect.

I can see the lawsuits now…

(salesman) “No, no, no. It’s new! Trust me. Those 300 miles on it are just from the shipping it here from another dealship.”

How many people would buy a car without checking to see if it were ever titled, thinking it was new? ZERO.

Bad idea if it ever happens. Chrysler will go out of business. You could just take the car for a joy ride week, a vacation drive, etc. Bad, bad, bad idea.

I wish I had a 30 money back guarantee on my BMW M5. I would have turned it in after of week of dealing with SMG while driving around town.

If your looking for a Chrysler vehicle, wait for this policy to go into effect. I’m sure you’ll be able to get a great deal as the market will suddenly flood with slightly used vehicles.

Seriously, I would be astonished if this policy actually appeared.

Saturn had (maybe still has?) a similar return policy and I know several people who used it when they found the cars didn’t live up to the first impression
