the fact that you need to mention 26 years seniority probably means your one of the dickheads that works weekends whether you need to or not because you are the ‘Senior’ union guy in the office.

I got that offer, it was 75 grand and 30 thou car voucher.

21 thousand voucher after tax.

Trade 26 years seniority and a pension for half a car and 75 G RRSP, what do you think?

Tell them the 25 grand would also apply towards the purchase of a new Nissan should the inevitable happen and I guarantee the take rate would be substantially higher.
