This is to offset the massive pollution put out by the planes. So all the airlines are phasing in electric tugs, hydrant trucks, refuelers, stair trucks, etc. There also is a company that sells omni directional vehicles that the operator is always facing forward. Because so many dumb asses have hit planes.
