Continuing its rollout of 15 new or heavily revised models, Chrysler has unveiled its 2011 Town & Country minivan. Consisting of a heavy refresh, the 2011 Town & Country gets new interior and exterior designs, along with a new powertrain.
Exterior changes to the 2011 Town & Country are slight, but give the minivan an updated look that falls in line with Chrysler ’s other 2011 models. Inside the Town & Country’s refresh is a little more thorough, including a new steering wheel, a new instrument panel design and upgraded materials.
Chrysler’s new Pentastar V6 will be the only engine on offer for the 2011 model year, delivering 283 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Shifting through a six-speed automatic transmission, the 2011 Town & Country is expected to return 17/25 mpg.
Production of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country is likely already underway at the company’s Windsor Assembly Plant, with sales slated to kick off by year’s end.
