Also, add some dirt and soil against the foundation: the house will sink a little and you will need some dirt against the wall for water to run away from the foundation. If the possibility of late payments (based on credit history) warrants any discretion on the part of the dealer, then they shouldn’t sell you the car. Simple as that. Because you can’t afford it!
