i own one. ive ONLY ever driven trucks, and dodge trucks at that. i swapped my 4.7L 4×4 full size dakota w/ cold air intake. and got into this thing. look i dont give a **** about wat the haters say, this car is hot and fast as ****. im able to get this thing up to 80mph, while driving on winding back roads, she dosent slide, jump, squeak. She handles like a dream. test drive one next time. then tell me if u give a **** what it looks like when your looking at your opponet in the rear view mirror and all you can see is a small spec.

Alot of ponies for the price, and it sure as hell will be quick in a straight line.

But no amount of modification changes the fact that is extremely fugly, and no doubt will feel very cheap.

Mazdaspeed3 and the Vdub GTI will still remain better turbo-hatches.

blah blah blah… haters. It will go fast and it will sell. The didn’t price it too ridiculously and that’s a whole lot of power for such a small vehicle. If it’s not your cup of tea then that’s fine but don’t **** on it until you drive one.

At least it’s not as stupid as a “four door coupe…”

I don’t really care much for Dodge products, but I’m impressed that 19 inch wheels are only a $400 option. Not the prettiest vehicle ever made but if they do up the interior decently enough then this would be an interesting machine.

I seriously thought they dropped the Caliber already. I mean, I never see them on the road or at Dodge dealerships. What’s up with that?

That said, I wont buy it. If I wanted 4 banger hot hatch performance I’ll wait for the Saturn Astra RL. Sooo much prettier.

This car sucks SERIOUSLY!!!!!! The Neon SRT-4 was unrefined, had a cheap interior and had a large wing on the back, but it was such a badass noone cared about those. It handled greatly, went like stink and scared a few people who drove it. Now since the Caliber was launched, it was a failure, and this will compound the problem. Scrap it, Dodge, bring back something that will remind us of the Neon SRT-4!!

yeah that tip is huge… I love how all the american car guys made fun of the import crowd so much for the large exhaust tips, now you see stuff like this and every frickin big3 diesel pickup in town with a 3 or 4″ pipe
