No amount of tarting up could save this aging design. It is better for Saab to beg GM for a Lambda platform and not shape any body panel from the original three. It might become the best looking crossover of the bunch, besting the Buick Enclave.

While I’m not the biggest fan of the 9-7x or SUVs, I have to admit this is a very good looking vehicle. The only thing they’re missing is a dual-turbo setup to give it that ‘Born From Jets’ sound to compliment the appearance.
Everything they did here could easily be applied to the Saab sedans, particularly the 9-3. Best features: the 11-spoke turbine wheels and metallic crash plate.

I like it. It’s one of the few “tuner” vehicles I actually like. Most are so over-the-top it’s ridiculous.

everyone continues to steal the “buckle” from behind the front wheel hub from LR. It was a very interesting characteristic that is quickly getting worn out.

Aside from having something for the Saab dealers to sell b/c the 9-3 series is the only thing they have with any appeal (the 9-5’s sales numbers must be awful), I can’t find a reason why they build this thing in the vanilla or dub edition. especially at the $38K+ starting price.

i agree with brendino, this is definatly the best that can be done with the GMT360’s. The 9-7x is by far the best looking of them all.
