Ex-employee names Tesla in class action lawsuit

Tesla’s legal headaches just got thrice as big, thanks to a former employee. The electric sports car maker’s one-time Director of Public Relations, David Vespremi, who feels he’s been let go for the wrong reasons and is doing something about it.

The plaintiffs’ lawsuit, filed in a San Mateo County court in California, implies Tesla Motors did not practice good faith or fair dealing in its business practices, further accusing the company of violating labor codes by not paying wages and making employees wait for them. To add insult to injury, Vespremi and others say libel and slander applies as well, due to the way executives spoke to the media about the company’s former employees.

The company went on a firing binge late in 2007, because of bad work habits and mismanagement, said Tesla VP Darryl Siry. The trimming included Tesla founder Martin Eberhard.

Thats how you know your dealing with a metal midget.. Use a word that’s bigger or different than what appears regularly in the Sunday comics and they melt down. In this example a low vocabulary mouth breather copes with the adversity via homophobic rants.

This action is aimed squarely at Elon Musk, who is notoriously difficult to work with. What goes around, comes around.
