Italian classic car restoration company Faralli and Mazzanti has unveiled the Antas V8 — a Maserati-based sports car to be exhibited at the Top Marques show in Monaco. There isn’t a lot of information available on the vehicle, but there are some images after the jump for your viewing pleasure…

porn doesnt describe it, there were people on another thread saying how sexy the Hamman M5 was, but this is just in a different sex-based car league!

The rvited fin looks rediculous.

I don’t care for the stuck-on-looking ground effects either.

sigh… this looks like a 7th grader designed it.

Sorry, I don’t buy it.

wow, this only confirms I could design better cars in my sleep. This is a mis-mash of cars, twisted with a bit of modern, (ugly head and tail lights), pebble beach concours cars, (stupid fin), a morgan areo 8 (which is a sad car to style another car after, and a bad case of the “how many vent can we fit in?”

An entry level designer could’ve come up with something better. Putting Altezza tailights on a car is ghey. I’m sure it’s a fun to drive with that Maserati engine, and I bet it sounds bad ass too. But nobody deserves respect when they charge vip prices for something this mediocre.

The grille treatment is not nice. This is supposed to be not a girlie car. They should have made it oval shape just like the classic Maseratis. Why did they use the 2 valve V-8 engine when the current Ferrari-buit V-8 is still available? For me, the best golden age retro coupe is still the BMW-powered Wiesmann GT. It offers the best combination of timeless drop back design with modern mechanicals under the skin.

Gak! That is one truly ugly car. I’d drive that Russo-Baltique Impression designed by the russians and germans before I even sat in this thing. It looks like a kit car with another kit car added on, and maybe whatever bits they had lying around. Rivits on an “aerodynamic” car?!
