2 or 3 door awd and a turbo for under 30K is all I ask and if they meet that I'll be standing in line. Just really tired of the 4 door performance sedan trend with no companion 2 door for those of us who don't need a familymobile.

While I'm not too keen on this rendering I would love to see Subaru return to a coupe body style.

The front end in that image looks current and up-to-date, which I'd be surprised if Subaru were able to pull off on an old body style like the Impreza. The rest of it -- that is, from the A-pillar rearward -- still looks like a typical Japanese product of the 1990's. Kind of like the current Mitsu Lancer, which already looked many years outdated when it first came out with its chintzy styling and large, vertical greenhouse-to-body ratio.

The car looks greatm but that wing ughhh. The wing only works on the sedan and not on this hatchback. Lets hope they revamp the wing in the final stages.

better, but I doubt that wing would work around the hatch... looks forced and extremely odd...

I wish they wouldn't try to hide the b-pillar as well, and stop trying to make it swoop like that... Just make it straight, and get thicker as it gets closer to the body...

Oh crap there is another "Mike"!

I sort of like the new (at dealers now) styling. The move reminds me of Audi A/S 4. Away from BOLD/manly (2002-2005) to refined/delicate (2005.5+) look. Not sure if it is a better direction than what they had before, but it does look good.
