Toyota trucks are only up because of all the punk kids who want to be cool driving a truck but there parents wont let them have a real truck. any truck that gets more than 21 mpg isnt a truck

The Volvo numbers don’t surprise me. When we bought our S60 T5 at the end of 2002 (it was a brand new leftover 2002 model), we paid just under $33K out the door (the only option it did not have was the cold weather package and it stickered for almost $40K) because they were not moving as many as they’d hoped. Around January of this year I stopped by the dealer to drop our car off for service. I could have driven away in a well equipped (not loaded though) 2006 T5 for about $33K so obviously they’re not selling well. Regardless, I love our T5 – 57K miles of troublefree motoring.

Nice to see those V8 SUV’s take a hit. The only way those gavonnes in Detroit will pay attention, is when product comes close to having a birthday on the lot.

Lincoln and Jag could vanish next Thursday for all they provide the consumer.
