Ford use computers in their cars wow… id trade it for some handling improvements any day… efi becomes less important when your under-steering in to a ditch, hedge (do u get those in the us?) or tree.

People, this is a SOFTWARE glitch! The very computer and router you use to access the internet need firmware upgrade regularly, so I guess you should junk them now and go back and live in caves!

This is not the same as some fuel line breaking and causing engine fires! It’s not mechanical in nature. It doesn’t affect drivability. Heck when Ford starts its own version of OnStar, it will just download the software automatically. So go and make a big deal out of a non-issue because it’s always easier to complain than complement, especially when it comes to Ford for some of you.

Great news for Ford dealers. All customers will get a a free car wash and look at new Ford’s for sale while getting the recall preformed. Maybe eat some free cookies while they are there, as well as possibly trading it for something different. Got to love all of the recalls…its good business. Keep up the good work LLN!! We are now all safer for this important recall info…woopee.

Just another recall…

I think something that a lot of people are over viewing when they complain about cars becoming more expensive is all the safety development they have to go through, and will have to go through in the next 10-15 years. That’s something governments really misunderstand. It’s not (usually) an unsafe car that creates an accident, but an unsafe driver. Not saying that we shouldn’t have airbags, but maybe people should also watch where their going when they walk in front of your car? I’m sure most of you know what I’m talking about, especially in Metro areas.

That new Knight Rider movie/show sucked.

It was boring, infantile, and stupid. What a total disservice to the original, which was such a great show in its day.

The only people who I hear give positive reviews of it are idiotic Mustang fanboys, whose reviews comprise entirely of praising the fact a Mustang was chosen for KITT.

Which I think was a horrible choice to begin with. The image of the Mustang doesn’t fit that of KITT’s, in my humble opinion …
… which just falls in line with all the horrible choices and decisions they made for that pilot.

No one can focus on the fact that FORD, yes that’s it, FORD, a domestic manufacturer, has a huge recall of its most popular vehicle. That is a problem. Deal with it. Stop trying to shift focus on the imports, that’s TOTALLY UNRELATED.

As for this, Ford is shooting itself in the foot here, too bad really, cause the Mustang is a good car.
