A big loud F350 is the ultimate truck for the guy who's scared shit of coming out of the closet. What better way to prove to your fellow men that your not gay by driving a giant truck with lots of chrome on it lol. Instead of "super duty" on that big manly grill, it should read "not gay"

Is an F350 Dualie really meant for Joe Blow who wants to look cool? If he's got the green, then yes, it's relevant to him. The reality is that the vast majority of owners of these trucks need these trucks. They are a small, but profitable, portion of the truck market. The fact that Ford is idling all 2008 truck production over the summer is the reason why they are cutting back on these engines, not a lack of relevance in the market place. When supply is outstripping demand, you lower supply to bolster your sale price and get rid of excess inventory. This is precisely what Ford is doing.

Madcapp- I'm not sure what you mean by practical and relevant when your talking about the Super Duties, but ok....

Some of the best, most useful pick-ups on the road. Why most people need something that large is debatable, but the new engine is excellent and it's a very resilient, capable truck.

The VT365 is a great running engine, just had issues with the injectors, which came from an outside supplier.

And it's about time too, as Ford has been relying on a company that could give a rates ass about the quality of their powerplants, or the companies they provide them for.

It doesn't matter, as Ford is close to releasing their in-house built Diesel powerplant anyway.
