Ford's resurrected Bronco leaks ahead of official debut

Photos have been posted from a dealer gathering in Las Vegas.

Ford appears to have accidentally slipped its revived Bronco into the public eye ahead of schedule.

Pictures posted on the company's website, first spotted by AutoGuide, show a few revealing angles of the upcoming crossover.

The modern Bronco attempts to resemble original SUV with a relatively boxy shape and round headlights, evoking the first-generation model that debuted in the mid-1960s. Ford's branding is boldly displayed on the blacked-out grille, flanked by thin bands of daytime running lights.

The company is attempting to position the Bronco as a serious off-road machine, taking aim at the popular Jeep Wrangler.

The next-generation Bronco is slated to arrive in showrooms by 2020.
