Pimpstars obviously use tricolor leds and have a windows controller that allows instant

A well-built engine is usually tucked under a hood. IMO, money spent on optimizing the performance of an engine is not ghetto, it is an intelligent engineering task. Installing 20″, 22″, 24″, 26″, etc, wheels is not an intelligent engineering modification. It actually DETRACTS from the performance of the recipient vehicle due to significantly increasing rotational inertia. And adding flashing lights to your wheels is like buying a fake Rolex. yippee

I’m not truely suprised to see the racial remarks here, but I am saddened by them. It’s too bad people automatically go there, when it is likely this product will cross many racial and class boundaries, as already seen by the comments on who will buy them. I realise some of it for what it is, Infantile ,but the main under current is an intolerance and frustration suggesting Americans are no closer to reconciliation than they were 45 years ago. The foundation of America is freedom. Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Choice. I don’t believe all of this freedom reieves us of tolerance,reasonable conduct, respect for other people and responsibility to our fellow men. Nuff said on that’. As for the rims the technology is cool and the applications are enormous. Everyone seems to be forgetting about politics. The rim market doesn’t exactly have a strong lobbying presence and I forsee politicians tripping over themselves making laws to ban these and similiar items. Common sense says there are enough distractions on the road without someone trying to watch a rim ‘ movie’ going down the highway. Until they become illegal enjoy them. I need a distraction every now and then on patrol. Don’t do anything illegal and you won’t have to worry about me. I like quiet shifts.

WHAT THE HELL ARE WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. THIS FOURM DEMONSTRATES THE IGNORANCE IN OUR COUNRTY. Despite the ignorance in the forum/America I will continue to serve our country and protect all of your rights to say a bunch of stupid sh!t. This is my first post here. I found a link to this particular page and I just had to say, at least in Virginia, those wheels will be quickly outlawed except on show vehicles. Just like under body lighting and radar detectors. Everyone knows those things will be distracting and cause accidents.

It truly doesn’t matter who loves these rims, they are best suited for show cars. The design is genuinely distracting, as it is supposed to be, and that simply cannot be allowed on public roads as it is unsafe. Especially when they are marketing them as “Customizable while driving, with no need to stop”. Wheels were not meant for text-messaging.

Interesting design, undeniably attractive to some, but thankfully will reside on concept cars and show cars and not on our highways.

I think the tackiest thing/biggest waste of money in that video is the Suburban, not the rims.
